    Ignatius Ajuebor Jnr, the founder of ANGEL is an international fitness consultant and wellness coach whose experience has spanned over two decades. He is a member of the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA), USA. Ignatius developed ANGEL by combining his experience and knowledge as a certified fitness consultant, functional training specialist, dancer and martial artist to craft this unique wellness program that people around the world can embrace. Ignatius is known for his creative and unique approach to total fitness through incorporating the mind, body, and spirit into an integrated fitness program.
    He developed ANGEL over a 5 year period, originally for his private clients. Seeing the program’s success, Ignatius decided to make it available to more people globally, and in 2014 the first edition of the ANGEL workout was published. Ignatius Ajuebor Jnr. holds a 2nd degree black belt in Traditional ITF taekwondo and is a seasoned horseback rider. He used to be a pilot and enjoys playing chess.

    Why I created ANGEL

    Having lived and worked in Africa, North America and the U.K, I was exposed to and influenced by a mixture of rich and diverse cultures and traditions. I also observed the challenges of modern lifestyle and the effects it has on people. This, combined with my passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle, inspired me to create a fitness program that brings harmony back to our lives and reminds us of our true essence and natural beauty.
