Meet Your Coach And Trainer
For over a decade Ignatius Ajuebor Jnr has committed to helping people develop and embrace a healthy wellbeing and lifestyle. He has helped quite a number of women and men find their true selves and get in shape. He is known for his creative and unique approach to total fitness through incorporating the mind, body, and spirit into an integrated fitness program.
Ignatius is an international fitness and wellness coach whose experience has spanned over 12 years. He is a member of the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA), USA. Some of his certifications includes:
- Certified Lifestyle and Weight Management Coach
- Certified Personal Trainer
- Certified Functional Training Specialist
Ignatius is a writer and enjoys horseback riding. He used to be a pilot and holds a 2nd degree black belt in Taekwondo.

Pricing depends on your needs and requirements, there are different options available. You can have a once off coaching session as needed or you can chose from the packages. This will be discussed on your initial consultation – which is a FREE consulation and includes:
discussing your goals and needs | assessing your present situation | answering any questions you have about the process | discussing the structure, timing and pricing of training/coaching sessions
Each Package Includes:

- 6 sessions of 45 minutes each spread over 4 weeks.
- 2 weekly email exchanges if desired.
- Great for those who desire to reach their goals at an easy pace.
- 10 sessions of 45-60 minutes each spread over 5 weeks.
- 2 weekly email or text/phone exchanges if desired.
- Effective for those who are eager to establish momentum at a rapid pace.
- 18 sessions of 60 minutes each spread over 6 weeks.
- distributed as required.
- 3 weekly email or text/phone exchanges if desired.
- Ideal for those who want to incorporate fitness into their daily lives and stay on track.
How does it work?
To enable us to better utilize available appointments for our clients in need of our services, please, be courteous and notify us by phone or email if you are unable to attend an appointment at least 2 working days prior to your scheduled appointment. We will then be able to allocate this time to someone on our waiting list. Please note that if you miss an appointment or reschedule inside the 48 hours requested, you will be charged the full fee.
